procedure to client creation...

Before that first of all we can create a logical system for easy process ...by T-code is BD54

1)First of all just go to T-code SCC4 TO create a client

2) then click on display and change option

3) now click on New Entries button

4) Now you have to give 3 digit number that is your wish like 143 and now you have to enter rest of details just see......

5) logical system we have to create after client creation just wait...

6) after entering all details just click on save button.

7) Finally sucessfully created a client ...

8) Now create a logcal system of client by T-code is BD54 also

9) now we have to enter SIDCLNT143... 

Local client copy step by step process In Sap Basis

Today i will show you  SAP Basis local client copy just see the below
steps..
1) fist of all we have to create a client and assign the logical system
..

2) Then we have to log on which you have created by new client with SAP*
and PASS if it is not working just create a profile in instance by T-code
is RZ10 create a new parameter........

 " Login/no_automatic_user_sapstar=0 "

3) Now just login into sap* and pass  and then just hit T-code is SCCL it
is a local clinet copy .....

4) now fill the all details and source client always 000 give it ok....

then click on schedule as backgound job.......

5) sucessfully schdule background job and now check log is SCC3 .....

6) See it's processing after 10 min it's shows sucessfull local client
copy....

How to disable Import All option from STMS in SAP

How to disable Import All option from STMS in SAP system....

procedure to disable import all button...

1)First of all just go to T-code STMS

2) Then select--> Overview option and select --> System

then double click on domine controller

3) Then select Trasport Toll tab ..

4) Click on chang and display option and then select add a
row option

5) Now just type a parameter to disable Import all option is

   " NO_IMPORT_ALL " with value = 1

6) Then save it option finally you have disable import all
option.

How to Define Operation Modes In SAP BASIS

HI Friends today i will show you how to switch the operation mode in sap basis system, This is very easy to do operation modes simply process just see and and do it on your sap system.

1) First of all operation mode means switch the Dialog work processor to background work process via vise versa..

2) Then hit on the T-code is RZ04 in this transaction we can assign the operational mode and we can edit and we can delete any thing..

3) Then enter the hit T-code is SM63 in this t-code is we can assign the time table ...

4) Then finally we will switch the operation mode T-code is RZ03....

5) Finally you have switch the operational mode

6) If you want to delete the operation mode first of all delete the time table and then delete operation mode...

How to Monitor a Background job in SAP BASIS

Hi friends today i will show you How to Monitor a Background job in SAP BASIS


Actually the monitoring background job is important because once you schedule the job it might be cancelled due to some reasons so that's why we need to monitor the background jobs by using transaction code is SM37 T-Code.

1) First of all just execute SM37 T-code to check and monitor all background job

2) If you don't know the which job is cancelled then you have to select cancel book mark and then whatever you want to see the jobs is running state and release state and active state all are you can see

3) But at the time of given name is Job name and status you have put * symbol if know the job name then you can give the name to get results ok.

4) Then clink on job log button to the purpose of cancelled job details no only that any details you may get if you click that  one.

5) like that you can monitor all background jobs.

How to Deschedule a Background Job In SAP Basis

Hi friends,How to Deschedule a background job ...


Note: If you deschedule a background jobs will not run in the future  juts remember that thing and you cannot deschedule the job once it's in active status.

1) First of all just go to execute T-Code is SM37

2) Then give it job name and username by which job is scheduled

3) Then select status to deschedule the job you can only select Released/Ready status

4) Then Specify the date range

5) After that press execute F8 button

6) Finally you job is descheduled .

How to Delete a Background Job Simple Process

Why we need to delete background job ?

a) The main reason is old jobs occupy space on the system. so that's why we will delete the background job

Now you can delete jobs in two ways

*) Multiple jobs at once
*) Single  job selection

The best way to delete background jobs is RSBTCDEL

1) First of all go to Execute T-Code SE38

2) then one screen will appear after that give the proper details

3) which job do you delete ? If you put * symbol that mean all jobs deleted or else if you want give specific name username .

4) Then click on execute button

5) you can also delete single job selection by using sm37 t-code.

6) Finally you have deleted background jobs.

How To Schedule a Background Jobs in SAP Basis

 Hi friends today i will show you how to schedule Background jobs in sap basis

1) first of all just go through Transaction code is T-Code SM36 to schedule background jobs

2) Then it will ask Job Name , You have to give any thing like USER_LIST and below that Job class should be " A " high priority then status is scheduled.

3) Then go got STEP condition click on that condition

4) Then you have to give program values like housekeeping job like RSBTCDEL, RSBPSTDE,,,,,etc

5) Then select language is English then click on save button.

6) After that one screen will appear

7) Then click on Date and Time and select periodic time values, you just select other periodic values after that just give time like 15 min

8) Then click on save option don't forget to click on save option

9) Then what ever you have schedule background job want to see the transaction code is SM37

10) Finally you have scheduled background job, Something learn you from this .

How to Create a Single User Creation in SAP BASIS

Hi friends today i will show you How to create a Single user creation in sap basis admin

1) First of all just go to T-code SU01

2) Then check you are in client is 000 and user SAP* or DDIC

3) Then the password is basis or 06071992

4) Then you will get one screen that is create a new user

5) After that to execute that command press F8

6) Then fill title and last name

7) Then you have to give new user password at logon data tab

8) Then fill authorization assign to new user

9) finally you have created user creation now you can use it.

How To Delete SAP User in Basis

1) First of all just go to Transaction code is SU01

2) Then user enter maintenance screen

3) Here you can delete user what you want user

4) Then click on Delete Icon

5) once click on delete icon it will ask Press on Yes or Not

6) you have to Press Yes only

7) After click on that the user will be deleted.

8) finally successfully deleted user.

How to Rename User in SAP Basis

Hi friends today i will show you How to Rename User in sap basis


1) First of all just go to t-code SU01

2) Then click on user maintenance screen appear

3) Then keep your username at user field

4) Then go to user names then see list below Rename

5) click on that rename link

6) Then you will get one more screen

7) From exp:pk to To: (New Name)

8) After that click on it save then it will ask new password , Then you have to give one new password.

9) Finally user name changed successfully .

How to Create a Mass User at a time Using T-code SU10 in SAP BASIS

Hi today i am gonna showing How to create a mass user very simply way in sap basis
Just see creation of mass users ...

1) First of all just call T-Code is SU10

2) Main thing is you have to login with 000 client  and sap* or DDIC as user and basis password.

3) In command field you have to type SU10 T-code
 then hin on enter button

4) then once screen will be appear that is mass user

5) Then fill the 10 users name at user tab then click on create button

6) After creating mass user click on save icon or elase click on F8 to execute..

7) After that it will be prompt new screen will appear

8) This screen will diside all 10 mass user default passowrd

9) then click on log

10) You can view all the all default password witth user

11) If you want to see the passwords just come out left side you will see icon like + symbol  click on that twice.

12) then save it anywhere with text file .

How to Lock/Unlock a User in SAP Basis Simple Process

Hi fiends today i will show you How to lock and unlock user in sap basis see below

1) first of all  just go to Lock 7 unlock trasaction t-code is SU01

2) Then check you have to login with Sap* (or) DDIC user

3) then hit the transction code  is Su01

4) Then user maintance screen will appear

5) Then keep the username which is want to lock the user filed

6) then click on Lock Icon you may see above

7) once click on icon another screen will appear

8) then one screen will come user not locked then you have to lock user

9) finally you will get one message user which is your enter name locked.

How To Start & Stop SAP System In Windows Server 2003/2008

Subject: Today i will show how to start SAP Basis Admin System login and logoff just
check and practice on your systems.

1) first of all go to SAP Management Console Icon on your Sap Installation Server 2003 or 2008
then open it see ..

2) Here we have tow servers now you can start up two servers...

3) Then click on all tasks start then it will ask one password that is master password

while Sap installation they will give you that password

4) Then click on F5 Button until system will up

5) You will get Green color symbol if system up..

6) Then open SAP LOGON Icon that is main

7) wait wait

8) Finally you have started Sap system

9) Now login with master USER and PASSWORD
